Convenient check-ins

We're proud to be the only short stay provider to offer guests the use of our Reception Spaces. These spaces are dotted throughout London in key locations for a convenient places to collect your keys and check-in to the property. We can also answer any questions about your rental property, the local area, or things to do in London. If you would prefer, we could meet you directly at the rental property, and can provide this service out-of-hours to those that need it.

Our Reception Spaces are all fitted with luggage storage, you can you store your belongings before check-in or after check-out, if you want to continue exploring the city. It’s the little things that we think are important.

Our hotel-trained housekeeping team manage cleaning for over 700 short let properties across London, providing a 5-star, hotel quality service to you as our valued guests.

We recently have launched SafeStay, our commitment to providing the best property cleaning service in London, implementing best practices as defined by the WHO and STAA for cleanliness and protecting the safety of guests in our properties.

We’ve introduced initiatives to meet our sustainability goals from eco-friendly amenities such as compostable coffee pods to electric, carbon neutral vehicles. Partnerships with like-minded brands such as Water in a Box, The Eden Project, Ecover and First Mile recycling are behind our efforts to deliver an environmentally-friendly operational service.

We're proud to offer our guests a range of luxury eco-amenities for your stay - everything from fresh toiletries, toilet paper, coffee pods, soft bed linen and food and drink refreshments.

24/7 guest support

We place high importance on customer service, and taking care of all of our guests. Our dedicated guest team are on hand to provide 24/7 support before, during and after your stay. Our out-of-hours team operate between 6pm – 9am Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and UK public holidays.
